ARE YOU RUNNING OUT OF GAS ON THE BACK NINE?
As the weather gets hotter in the Spring and into the Summer, it’s very important to maintain reasonable nutrition levels.
So, it’s important to stay hydrated throughout your round as well as to maintain blood glucose levels by eating every 1 to2 hours (depending on your excersion level).
Water has been proven to be the best for hydration (not to cold) and nuts and lower glycemic fruits are a nice combination.
Maintain more consistent and regular hydration and nutrition throughout your round and watch your scores improve on the back nine!
